Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She is responsible for all of our processes that deal with Human Resources, People Management and Talent Management as well as the development of culture. Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked in a variety of sectors, working with managers and their teams to improve performance of their businesses, specifically during times of growth and rapid transformation by focusing on creating, aligning and overseeing a comprehensive global people strategy. Annmarie is a respected consultant who has assisted in translating corporate goals and strategies into business and people strategy through engaging employees and managing change. She has a passion for learning and sees leadership and team-building as the greatest advantage. Annmarie has been working with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leaders and coaching them with proven results. This experience helped create an environment that embodies innovative learning practices and adaptability to change. Annmarie devotes her time and energy for Learning Ally, but she is also active in a variety of different non-profit organisations. Annmarie has been a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee an organization that is dedicated to helping women grow into leaders. She also provides training to the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
