Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is author of many famous American cookbooks on cooking. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. It began in 2002. Ina began her writing career by writing nuclear energy policies and budgets to the White House. Although she initially found it intellectually stimulating she eventually became bored. Then she bought a Barefoot Contessa a small speciality food store. After selling the store, she spent 18 years building it into the most successful shop. The other cookbooks came out, as were magazine articles. Another hit was the Food Network Television show. In addition, she sells a variety of product from cooking ingredients as well as storage containers and equipment. Ina is a self-taught cook that hasn't gone to a cooking academy, nor employed in an kitchen. Her name is associated with her casual style of creating and entertaining. The most well-known recipes she has created are Lemon chicken skeillet-roasted and Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and the Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
